Baked Cheesy Potatoes
Cut the potatoes into halves or quarters (depending on their size) and cook. Place the cooked potatoes in a baking dish and pour in natural (plain) yogurt. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and crushed garlic. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Take the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle with one cup of shredded cheese (several kinds of cheese), then put the dish back into the oven for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
