New Delhi, Dec 22 : The Rajya Sabha on Tuesday took up for discussion the Juvenile Justice amendment bill, a day after members cutting across party lines agreed that the important legislation should be taken up immediately.

Madras HC prescribes dress code for people visiting temples
The Madras high court bench in Madurai has prescribed a dress code for men, women and even children visiting temples. From January 1, men should wear a “dhoti or pyjama with upper cloth” and women should wear “a sari or a half sari or churidhar.” Children could wear “any fully covered dress.”
New Delhi, Nov 6 : Long-absconding underworld don Rajendra Nikhalje alias Chhota Rajan on Friday was brought to the national capital from Indonesia, officials said.
Rajan, who was arrested by Indonesian police on October 26, reached here in a special aircraft around 5.30 a.m. at Palam airport from where he was taken to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) headquarters, escorted by special commandos and SWAT team, police said.
