In an explosive post on Facebook, Sasikala Natarajan's nephew Jeyanandh Dhivakaran has threatened to reveal clips from the last days of J Jayalalithaa in a Chennai hospital to show the kind of relationship Amma J Jayalalithaa and Chinnamma VK Sasikala shared.
The Facebook post is aimed at blunting the attack of Sasikala's current rival and former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister O Panneerselvam's camp, which had alleged Jayalalithaa was murdered by the Sasikala family to control the AIADMK after Amma's death in December last year.
After months of speculation about the treatment given to former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa at Apollo Hospitals, the Tamil Nadu government finally released a treatment summary from the hospital, along with detailed reports submitted by the All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) team that was involved as consultants.
In a signed statement, Health Secretary J. Radhakrishnan listed the sequence of events from the night of September 22 — 10 p.m. to be exact — when Apollo Hospitals received a call from Poes Garden and despatched an ambulance.

Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed petitions filed by expelled AIADMK MP Sasikala Pushpa and a youth organisation seeking CBI investigation into the “mysterious death” of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa.
“What are we supposed to do here? You have filed a petition under Article 32 (violation of fundamental rights of citizens by the State) of the Constitution...We will dismiss these petitions, and if you press further, we will impose costs on you,” a Bench of Justices P.C. Ghose and Rohinton F. Nariman told the petitioners’ side.
