Jammu, Nov 30 : A paramilitary trooper was injured on Monday in a firing incident in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said.
"A trooper was injured in a firing incident at a CRPF picket in Malhar (Billawar) area on Monday morning," a police official told IANS here.
Hailing from Satara in Maharashtra, Colonel Mahadik and his team was chasing a group of militants in the thick forests when they came under a barrage of firing.
Jammu, Nov 6 : Train services from Bannihal town of Jammu and Kashmir's Ramban district in to the Baramulla town in the Kashmir Valley will remain suspended on Saturday during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's daylong visit, officials said.
Railway authorities said here that no train will operate between Bannihal and Baramulla town in the Valley due to security reasons.
