Youngest Accused in the Delhi GangRape Case To Be In Custody Of NGO

Delhi : The youngest accused among the six men who gang rape a medical student brutually on a moving bus in Delhi in 2012 will be kept under custody of NGO says sources.

The Juvenile was aged 18 at the time of the incident and was sentenced to 3 years in reform home. But the judgement was seen to be disproportionate to the enormity of the crime by many. People demands for changes in the law so teenagers involved in serious crimes can be tried as adults.
